Removed existing deck and pergola. Built new extended deck to run the full length of the house. Built shed roof over 14' section, ran electrical for one ceiling fan, four can lights on a dimmer and a new flood light to illuminate the stairs. Installed shingles, hardi lap siding and tongue & groove ceiling. Painted the exterior to match the residence and clear coated the ceiling. Replaced the front door and basement door.
